Normally I've had okay experiences, but today the lady working showed poor customer service. She had me repeating details of what I wanted rather than actively listening. I dealt with it, but then I asked which sandwich was which and she told me if I wanted to know or have them labeled, I should have asked her. It felt very rude that she was blaming me. That's no way to treat a customer. The guy at the register saw this and tried to help her remember, but saw I was disappointed and didn't correct her. Whoever the manager is, please train your employees to label things and be courteous if there is a misunderstanding.

I went in the other day to get me and my family some grub. When I walked in I was greeted by the horrible smell of skunk which was radiating off of an employee, Keith I think his name was. He didn’t wash his hands before putting on gloves either.

It's been a while since I had food at Subway since I became a Herbivore so, one day I went into Subway to see if they could make a vegan sandwich for me. I had all the toppings with two sauces and it was cheaper than a regular footlong sandwich.

Jasmine waters is a liar, every one washes their hands at subway on 27th. Research her, she's not even a real person, fabricated name, vague time, when she supposedly visited, only has on contribution. We take pride in our customer service unlike most, we know our products and we love our community the way we were taught by subway university. Stop in any time! I'll make sure your sandwich is perfect, with a smile.
