“This is easily the nicest Subway I have ever been to. There's 4 women who usually work here and they do a stellar job. Rarely have I ever had a problem here or wrong online order either. On the occasion that it has happened, they were absolutely wonderful and kind and had no problem with fixing it. These ladies are easily the best sandwich makers in the biz. The only way I would ever believe any of them was rude is if someone was rude to them first and even then I would have difficulty believing that. They're seriously the best. Thank you ladies, keep doing a great job. I know it's usually a thankless job with lots of rude customers (I also work customer service) but I want you guys to know that you are very appreciated! ❤️“
“Friendly and courteous employees. New menu with 12 different options!! Still offer some of the standard menu items too. Pricing was fair. Everyone had smiles. Don't forget to tipKid-friendliness: Was a family there while we were. It makes for a little longer in line but everyone seemed happy with the flow of the line. Could of used another employee instead of just 2 on duty. Parking: Amble parking but you use the same way out as you came in. So leave room for those coming in as your exiting.“

“I lived in Duluth for two years while attending college and this is hands down the best subway I have ever eaten at. It may be busy during lunch and dinner hours but what restaurant isn't. The bread is always fresh and the veggies are exceptional. The employees are always nice and quick with making sandwiches. Joel is the store manager I spoke with and he is very kind and knows how to keep a subway running efficiently and fresh. I will be making a point to eat at this subway whenever I am in town now.“
