The owner is one of the friendliest, nicest restaurant owners around. She's efficient, helpful and courteous. The food there is amazing. I love the hash browns. The pancakes are done perfectly. I've tried many things on the menu and been happy with all of them. I would recommend the Sunshine Cafe in Duluth to anyone who's hungry.

I love this little spot! Really good food and a nice vibe. The owners are awesome, I really liked how they know the regulars by name (I went with a regular customer) and interacted with all the customers making you feel as home. The best biscuits and gravy in the northland by far!

Didn't expect anything before I went in, but got a whole lot more than I thought possible! I believe the owner served us and she was wonderful to my wife, myself, and especially my kids! FOOD WAS GREAT! We had breakfast, the omelets were large and very good. Pancakes were devoured by my kids! Check it out! It's worth the stop!
