New kiosk ordering system takes too long. Don’t like it! Ordering experience was awful. To get a receipt, you have to give them your phone # for a text receipt or an email address for an email receipt. A good way to lose good customers.

I wrote a review already but I'll write one again. The app is horrible and you can't use your online account in the drive through - to redeem or earn points or order in the drive through.

The app is horrible. I went to the drive through and they couldn't use my account to add/redeem points or order. Had to go park in the lot to order online. They were fast but there was no one in line either.Make the app user friendly like McDonald's or taco John's! I actually meant to go to Taco John's but this place was closer. The potatoe chunks are gross too. No crispy ole type option :/

I believe this Taco Bell recently got new management or something. Every once in a while I have a fairly big group that comes in on Saturday nights. With the new management/changes within the store, we all agree it is a positive and welcoming environment to be in. The workers are productive, helpful, entertaining, and very good at their jobs.
Quick and satisfactory service. The food was nicely prepared. Obviously experiences can widely vary depending on who's working when you stop by, but when I dropped by at 10p on a Saturday, I had a 5/5 experience as far as TBell goes.
