Sat in the drive thru quite awhile with no response from staff. Watched multiple other vehicles come and go. When I pulled into the lot, I watched a staff member duck into the kitchen to hide. Unreal! At least put up a sign or something if you don’t want customers.

Never a issue with the food when I go to the one out west.
Ordered a crunch wrap and a couple chicken burritos nothing crazy. As I dive into the grease riddled bag first they forgot one of my burritos whatever that happens wasn’t mad. But what proceeded to piss me off was when I went to enjoy my crunch wrap the first few bites were normal as usual, as I take a couple more I realized I am missing something there was no dam meat on 3/4 of it. The employees all looked like they could care less about anything at all. I am disappointed and disgusted with this establishment.
My food was awful. I had gotten the $5.00 cravings box and my chalupa was really tough to bite into. It also tasted like it maybe had been left in oil to long. The cashier was flvery friendly and helpful. We went through the drive thru but it was a good stop overall.Parking: We pulled around to the parking lot and then connected to the wifi while we ate our food.

My girlfriend and I come here alot and is usually awsome. But tonight we ordered our usual stuff and we asked for xtra hot sauce and and got zero and he said it’s in the bag at the window our Cinnabons where sugarless and rock hard my girlfriends tacos were old tasting and hard. Would not recommend this
