The best pastries and service. The last week for the farmer's market so we will be stopping in at Martha's more often. The quiche is delicious!!!

Hands down the best bakery I’ve been to. Great location and it’s great that they come to the farmers market.

Best place to get turnovers. Especially when they are warm out of the oven. Absolutely love the raspberry ones. Their ham and pickle sandwiches are the delicious as well. Worth it!

I don't understand I am sorry . I try to support local businesses but this place isn't a Winner. The food is ok but not up to the price . burnt coffee and overpriced . I mean it's the sandwiches are like the bread from Aldi with some Walmart smoked lunch meat. Don't see anything special. For the same price I could get more varieties, better quality from a decent coffee shop in Northfield.

Amazing. Best pastries I have ever had. A wonderful destination for the bike path from Northfield. Cash only and be sure to check hours.

Delightful atmosphere and amazing baked goods. We sat outside with our dogs and enjoyed chatting with people coming in and out :)

Great place for breakfast and lunch, featuring handcrafted pastries, sandwiches on homemade breads and delicious soups. Friendly people behind the counter, and you can even chat with the delightful Martha when she comes out of the kitchen! All at reasonable prices, too! A local best.

This has become my new favorite place in MN. Great personable customer service and dog lovers..the treats are out of this world taste and pastrami sandwich is one of the best…I’ll be back for sure. Don’t forget to bring lots of cash. You will need it. Keep on baking team.

Amazing pastries, both sweet and savory. Be sure to bring cash as they don't take cards ?

Words can barely express the joy my partner and I got from our first (and certainly not last) Sunday morning at Martha's. While our first visit was made especially wonderful by the couple at the table next to us that we quickly befriended, the delicious food and lovely atmosphere will certainly stick around. It was pretty busy and our expectations of using it as a college-student study spot weren't exactly met, but getting roped into the lively, clearly-established Sunday pace at Martha's was much better than studying :) the food is delicious, not much that can be done on the planning end as the menu changes everyday. However the special place that this bakery is won't, and we'll be back!

The best bakery in the Northfield area! My family has come here religiously on Saturdays to get fresh pastries at Martha's, and the quality is consistently amazing.

This bakery/café is a hidden gem. The biggest problem is finding it since the town is very small and relatively unknown. Another challenge is that it’s only open on Friday Saturday and I think on Sunday. There’s room to seat about two dozen people in the café. It is well worth your time if you’ve got a lot of it.

Amazing food! The pastrami sandwich is delicious. As is the squash soup. So yummy. Loved it.

From an unassuming street in a small town on the prairie rises this absolute gem of baked goods purveyors. Forget donuts and cakes, Martha's has seeet and savory pastries that are so flaky and flavorful that they are practically a spiritual experience. Everything is amazing, you simply can't go wrong. Warning: you will leave with flakes of croissant or turnover on your shirt. The good news is that you will be thrilled to have one more sliver of tastiness to enjoy.
