I love Bald Man Brewing! As a South Minneapolis resident i don’t usually gravitate to the suburbs for breweries. But my parents live in Eagan, and we drive right by it. We’ve been a number of times and I’m always happy and impressed with their brews. The Tupelo Honey Brown Ale is a particular fave of my wife and i. Malty, toasty, and flavorful, as a good brown ale should be.I also really appreciate how family friendly they are. We’ve brought our kids a few times and they run around.Cheers!

This is a Vikings bar and I know this because I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the game was on. Exciting to see the fans cheering and then their eventual disappointment at the end. There was an announcement that when the Vikings are ahead, beers are $1 cheaper. That didn't last long. Oops.I enjoyed a couple of beers and their wifi, writing up a couple of Yelp reviews and working out where I would be parking for the evening. Bald Man doesn't have a kitchen, but they do have food trucks and I was lucky to enjoy a great one this afternoon.Good beer and I thought it was a fun time.

Been coming here for years and never once disappointed. Bar tenders know the beers and are friendly to everyone. Plenty of space in doors and out. Food truck is usually hovering near the entrance with good eats. Just up the hill from MN riverbottoms mountain bike trail. Five stars all day long.

I absolutely love bald man and it’s been one of mine and my husband’s favorite places to go. But since he’s been sober it’s been more difficult for him and I to come here without having any NA beers. I would love to see them add some NA beers to their NA selection.

Dropping a five star only because the service is bomb. The two ladies behind the bar tonight made up for the fact that this may very well be the weakest touch tunes jukebox open, ever encountered my whole life. if I was giving it a rating based on the jukebox, it would be a one star or less if possible. I might as well have just flushed like $10 down the toilet. I played like seven songs and five out of the seven cut off and switch to the next song before it was even finished. This was at a time of the night when there is very few people even in the taproom. Looking over my list of favorite songs in the TouchTunes app I'd say 75% of them are blocked.. Who knows why , I listen to all genres. if you go here and are wanting to use the TouchTunes, don't bother!

The vibe here is what you expect from from a cozy brewery interior. But I do got to say, though, the mosquitos out in the patio seatings are thirstier then I was. Will have to bring a radiation suite next time. Jeezes!
Decent beer with a decently large space that is generally family friendly. Live music helps with the atmosphere.

Absolutely awesome place! Love the vibe here. Really great friendly welcoming staff that are always a pleasure to interact with. Great food trucks come here with some tasty delights. The beer, what can you say besides, amazing! Always a fun time! The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because I don't want it so busy I can't find a seat.

My wife and I were at Bald Man Brewing yesterday. It was pretty busy and we thought we'd try it out with our dog. I witnessed one of the male bartenders being EXTREMELY rude to a young lady that came in to have a beer and he denied her service. He said very loudly that he saw her trip as she came to the bar. What he didn't see is that there were several toddlers running around and she avoided them. Then he proceeded to yell across the bar in front of many customers that she should not be served. We talked to her on the patio and she was fine. We'll go back to our favorites like Mason Jar, Union 32 Craft House or Lone Oak Grill where there is a consistent menu and no rude treatment of their guests. VERY disappointing experience.

Visiting from out of town, and this was a great place to get some really good-tasting beer! Super friendly staff and the brews were great. Boyfriend got a hazel IPA, and I got a delicious porter. Got some to go as well!
