I placed an online order at 9:05 a.m. with an estimated wait time a 15 to 20 minutes. When I arrived at the store 20 minutes after I ordered it, I already knew I would have to wait. There were tons of angry looking people standing around. I proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes before seeing the person making my sandwich, but then watching him take it out of the oven, put it on the cutting board and make four other sandwiches before bagging mine up. The total time that I waited for my order was 36 minutes! Again I ordered ahead of time. I was late to work. I had a cold sandwich that didn't even taste Good. Will not be back.

Service at this location has gone downhill. We were there today and you can't order your food then pay like years prior. Now you have to pay for your order before it's made. There's no signage anywhere, so there were quite a few people standing around wondering what to do. And the flies; they were everywhere. One employee was feeling sick while preparing sandwiches, then left in the middle of the shift. Orders weren't being made in the order they were purchased, two employees were on the line making sandwiches and three customers had their orders wrong. They were out of most bagel options, and I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich.

Consider writing a customer name or what is in the bag onto the brown paper bag because "who makes your sandwich" doesn't mean anything to a new, never ate brueggers before, customer.

This bruegger's service level has taken a nosedive. They spend much more time on their advance orders and make in store customers stand there forever. Don't go unless you've got a half hour to stand there doing nothing.

Bagels / ingredients were very good and fresh but disappointed they took soup off the menu. Very very long wait/line as only two employees were working. (Definitely don't blame the employees as they were working hard but the business needs to schedule more employees for the rush.). Along with soup, a wider variety of beverages and chips would make for a more interesting menu as well.

Flies everywhere. We’ve never felt so grossed out from a restaurant. Everything was so dirty and crusted, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Service was not very friendly and it felt like we were an annoyance but mostly we’re fixated on the flies and general uncleanliness. Got home and had to throw out our food because it felt like a risk to eat. Seeing other reviews about the uncleanliness going back months and clearly nothing has actually been done by Bruegger’s. We will be staying away from this location.

Had to cancel online order due to taking so long. I know it's busy on a Saturday, but the slow service was still insane.

If you go on a weekend or anyday its busy ALWAY REPEAT ALWAYS WATCH THEM BECAUSE IF YOU DONT THE ORDERS ARE NEVER CORRECT.

I like the food, but this review is aimed squarely at whatever genius came up with the schedule that had a skeleton crew working on a busy Friday morning that most people have off. I don't know if they need to hire more people or what, but the line was ten deep when I got here and each order took about five minutes to produce, with no overlap whatsoever. Longest I've ever stood in line for food. I didn't leave because I was hungry, but I feel like a moron giving any money to a business that understaffs their restaurant this badly. You must treat employees like garbage if they don't want to work here. The workers are innocent - fight the real enemy here.

Be cautious of ordering a pickup order as they seem to get it wrong or missing items 25% of the time. Open everything at the store as they don't answer the phone nor do their online customer service ever respond even though they have a portal for refunds. Otherwise, if you're ordering in-store the line goes fairly quick.

Very dirty locationand very slow. The guy at the register left the line to crack eggs and didn't put gloves on. After getting egg on his bare hands he sprinkled a drop or two of water on his hands, no soap, then ran his hands over a dirty towel hanging over the sink and came back to the register. With all of the reviews about how dirty this restaurant is, I'm surprised it hasn't been addressed. The attached Caribou is much cleaner.

Staff were friendly but at one point one of the female staff members sat on the counter right across from the bagel station, took off her shoe and started scraping things off the bottom with what looked to be a food thermometer. Took her time scraping one then took the other shoe off and started scraping it. I couldn't believe she was doing this right by the food. I must say this location on cliff road was very dirty as well.

Dining room closed and lobby disgusting. Get over the whole covid thing and stop using it as excuse to be lazy.
