Good food.... altho skimpy serving of protein. Rude servers. They barely acknowlede you and never say thank you or come again or enjoy. Nothing but rude little robots.Thursday April 12 at about 5:15 pm at the Eagan location on Promenade.These people need some serious CUSTOMER SERVICE training.I think next time when I want Mexican food I'll go somewhere where my business is appreciated.

Synai the manager is incredibly friendly and understanding. We ordered last minute for a corporate event and the food that got delivered was missing some minor attention to details. I brought my concerns to her and she was able to handle the situation with such professionalism and allowed me feel heard in the process. Synai thank you I will continue to use your services for company events.

I arrived to pick up my order 10-20 min after the promised time (8:40pm). My order was not ready but orders that were promised at 8:50pm were on the pick-up shelf. The employee looked for my order and saw it on the line & said it would “be ready in 2 seconds.” No other employees were present. Instead of finishing my order, she proceeded to take 2 other walk-in orders and rang them up before getting another employee in the back to finish my order.

I ordered a burrito bowl online. I asked for extra rice and cheese and my bowl was about half full. It's ridiculous and this isn't the only location that won't give you extra if you order online but this was the one that messed up the most.

Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. There are several options to choose from, it's plant-based friendly and many of their options are gluten free. Chipotle's guacamole is some of the best I have ever had and their lime and sea salt tortilla chips are so yummy. Highly recommend for a quick meal you can feel good about.

Love Chipotle but this location’s not doing well. The kitchen was very dirty, they ran out of a ton of food because the line cooks were carrying on in the back listening to loud music, and the front workers were extremely rude. I travel all the time and have eaten at dozens of locations and have never seen anything like this. Hopefully it gets fixed but until then I would not recommend. I visited on 2/13/24 at 8 PM for the manager reviewing this. Hope things get under control as overall Chipotle’s a great company.
