I have been visiting to this coldstone for many times since past few months and yes I sometimes felt not good service but I then also see alot of crowd then I got into a chat with employees for sometimes when free then they are so friendly and never expressed any kind of disobedience which means they are stressed out and tired while busy.After reading the other reviews I felt bad that some people got upset of the service and less ice cream but it happens occasionally in food service....read full review
Something special is happening at our local Eagan towne center Cold Stone Creamery. It’s always been wonderful but the new owners took my daughter’s birthday cake to a new level of artistry. They showed us many photos of what they’ve done recently and we couldn’t decide so just told them to make it pretty. My daughter was so touched and so was I. The design is pretty but also so whimsical and unique. Not the typical floral cake. The price was the same as anywhere else...read full review
