Last time I was here I think they were understaffed as it took forever to prepare my blizzard which takes only a few minutes at other Dairy Queen locations. This Dairy Queen spot was at Eagan close to Town Centre.

This place was absolutely disgusting. When I first arrived I tried to look past the dirty floors in the lobby/entryway, but upon entering the dining area it was clear that the floor was just as dirty. Visible dirt and gunk, the soda fountain area was littered with garbage and spilt soda. The man working the register looked as though he hadn't seen soap and water for over a week and had longer hair - down and not contained in a hair net. Behind the register I could see food and ice cream all over the floor and the other people preparing food had long hair down and flying around. While I realize that I was at a Dairy Queen and not a high end restaurant, the expectation of general cleanliness was nowhere to be found. My next step after this review is a phone call to the health department. YUCK!!!!!! Seriously disgusting. :/

They gave me the wrong size blizzards, forgot to ring up a dilly bar. The ice cream wasn't very cold at all so it melted really quick. :(

extremely frustrating as a delivery driver to take an order here when the lobby is closed so you have to go through the drivethru with 6+ cars in it. there needs to be a more effective system for delivery drivers to be able to pick up orders without ruining their delivery time by adding 25 unnecessary minutes to the delivery time.

The pretzels were cold inside, the fries were cold, they forgot the sauce to my chicken strips which were dry. So the whole meal sacked! Workers were nice at the window. Not enough to make me want to go back!

We go here quite frequently. There's usually a line but they move it quick. Only complaint is the blizzards are soft and always have been. I hate when they turn them upside down which this location never does (thankfully). If they did, the ice cream would probably fall out.
