Hawaii Poke Bowl in Eagan is awesome! You can make your own salad with really fresh stuff like super yummy tuna, salmon, and eel. It’s so good and fresh. A must-try place for a tasty lunch!

Do you like sushi? If so, you’re going to LOVE poke. It’s essentially sushi in a bowl. For the uninitiated, it operates similar to Chipotle — you pick a base like rice or salad, add your choice of protein (they have around 16 to choose from), then top it off with a nice assortment of vegetables, sauces, and toppings. They also have a dozen premade combinations, if you prefer to not pick all of your own ingredients. You can expect to spend somewhere between $13 and $20 per bowl, but it is for some of the freshest and tastiest counter service food available, and even considering the prices, the portion sizes are generous. (I never leave hungry.)For a place that does umami foods better than just about anywhere else, the atmosphere is decidedly sterile. It’s not a place to get cozy and hang out. It is impeccably clean and well lit though. We have visited a couple of locations of this chain, and the staff have been without exception, very friendly and helpful and efficient.Overall, I recommend Hawaii Poké Bowl — we’ve left every visit exceptionally satisfied.Vegetarian options: While the centerpiece of the menu is sushi, grade seafood, one could easily make a vegetarian bowl by simply omitting it.Parking: Parking is a little weird, with angled street parking on either side of the restaurant that is shared by several other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It can be hit or miss as far as availability. Most visits, we haven’t had any trouble. There are two large surface lots within one city block that always have availability.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is open and casual. There is a kids bowl on the menu.

The food here is fresh and good. But do yourself a favor and just order a standard item off the menu. The last two times I've ordered, they've screwed up my "build your own" bowl. Something you don't discover until DoorDash has dropped it off and is long gone. No point in complaining at that point. Sigh. What I've gotten was good, but not what I ordered. My wife, on the other hand just orders a standard bowl. They never screw that up. So be like my wife.I'm definitely NOT saying the place is bad. I like the food which is why I keep trying. I'm just only going to eat there when I can go in and make sure my food is made the way I order it!

This place was good ! Portions are ginormous tho. Seafood and raw fish was good too. I suggest not overloading your bowl with sauces. Must try their smoothiesDietary restrictions: All bowls are customizable so they have tons of options for diets and preferences

Great food, just the portions are getting smaller and smaller everytime i go there which is super annoying because the prices aren’t decreasing.

Son's Fiancée introduced me to this place. Wish they were closer to North St Paul /White Bear Lake. Great service. Let me taste things, too.

Really enjoyed the food and all of the fresh options. Was enough food to satiate two people with one bowl and an appetizer. The vibe of the place is pretty standard but clean. The people that work here were very friendly. I will be back to try again.

Honestly, Hawaii Poke Bowl in Eagan is some of the best fresh/sushi in the entire city! The ingredients are SO fresh and it's always quick to order. We've dined in, ordered to-go, and ordered via Doordash but found that ordering at the counter is the best option. Both my husband and I choose to build our own poke bowls but it's nice they offer signature bowls in case you may not know what you want to order. I love that they offer mango on their menu - it's my favorite part of sushi so it's awesome they offer that on bowls.Parking is easy and there has never been a real long line when we've visited.Overall, a wonderful place to get fresh food for a quick, "fast food" alternative!

It's just a great experience every time I go in. The service is impeccable, and the bowls are scrumptious. Great for gluten-free diets. I highly recommend.
