My husband and I entered the restaurant at 8:09pm on a Wednesday. This location’s hours are until 9pm. When we entered, an employee was finishing mopping the floor. We asked if we could be seated but the man working at the front said they couldn’t seat us, but we could order something to go. I have frequented this location many times, usually after 8pm. I have never been refused to be seated before. It was obvious the employees were trying to close up shop as soon as possible. We told them it was now only 8:10pm, and they were supposed to be open to 9pm. They still refused to seat us. I have always had very quick service so I know we would have easily been done eating well before 9pm if allowed to eat there. We refused the option of making a takeout order and left. We would have spent at least $50 (not including tip). I have also seen many people come in for takeout orders at 8pm or later as well as Door Dash orders. We went to another nearby restaurant to eat instead. When we drove by later at 8:30pm, the entire restaurant was closed. Obviously, this is well before the 9pm closing time.If they are going to close early and/or not seat people, this should be posted or change the hours entirely. I mentioned we had been here many times and previously, the women working had always been very friendly. I had never seen the man working this time before. After being so rudely turned away, I will not be returning to this restaurant, which actually makes me sad as I really did enjoy the food.

This Ichiddo is great! The atmosphere is cute and the staff are very friendly! I highly recommend the Char Siu ramen. The bathrooms are clean, and it's in a great location after a bit of shopping.

We've been here twice over the past month, and in general have enjoyed our meal. It's a very small restaurant with good ramen, boba tea, and tasty appetizers. Because it's so small, I'm wondering if the staff is overwhelmed as every time I've ordered Boba tea, they've forgotten to add the pearls - which was quickly remedied.I've enjoyed their goyza and short ribs, but the house fried rice was inconsistent. My husband has had a couple different Ramen bowls that he's liked. It's a good little local spot, give it a try.

I just want to start with usually the service is average to good, we had a male server the other night who was very attentive. Today we walked in and stood at the front for about 3-4 minutes while the only server in sight was sitting and eating at one of the tables, never acknowledged us, despite one of the cooks walking out and notifying her that we were standing there. She never looked up at us or said anything, just sat there eating. So we left and went to another ramen spot in Eagan. I understand that servers do have to eat sometime during their shift but you also must do your job.

My family brought me here for my birthday, but they're not very adventurous eaters. I liked the food. My family stayed with the basics. I was expecting more from an authentic ramen place.

I choose this place because I enjoy ramen. What stood out is the diversity of the menu and drinks. The spicy seafood ramen bowl is excellent. Broth is well balanced not too spicy and salty. Calamari is deep fried to perfection with the sweet / spicy sauce. Edamame comes out nice and warm with a sprinkle of salt that just attacks your pallet. Overall, I enjoyed this place and will be back. Now if your thinking should you go try... please go try because you won't be disappointed!!

Cannot speak highly enough of every aspect of this place. It's a small hole-in-the-wall ramen shop with unbeatably low prices, a nice homey atmosphere, and *incredible* service. The woman who served us was incredibly friendly, personable, and kind; and both of the staff serving us were attentive and courteous. And the food, oh, goddess above. I wouldn't have ever expected to find such incredible quality at the kind of price point this place has. The appetizers were absolutely delightful and the ramen itself was easily the best and most authentic experience I've ever had. (My experience with authenticity is admittedly not extensive, but I've had a LOT of good ramen. This was utterly perfect.)Gave a massive tip and fully intend to go back very soon. 10 stars if I could.

The classic beef Ramen was what each of the people I was with got. Delicious food, fantastic service from several people. Granted, we went when they weren't busy, but I know they'd be that friendly to anyone at anytime!

Vile. Chicken was under-cooked and of lower quality than the worst of fast food joints. Stir fry noodles tasted rancid.

Holy snap, the food is so good. We ordered to go it was so hot and perfectly packaged. Thai tea was amazing too!

The seafood was rubbery, very overcooked. The flavor was good, but I definitely wouldn't order any cooked seafood again. Probably just get a bubble tea honestly.

I walked in for dinner on 10/7/23. I was the only customer there, the place was empty. A woman took my order & I told her I'd be dining in.After ordering, I went to the back to use the restroom. When I came out, I sat down at a table by the front window where i wanted to sit. The woman behind the desk told me I couldn't sit there because she already entered it into the computer that my table is in the back and it would be confusing if other people came in and sat there. So she made me move to the dark back where there is nothing to look at. Is it so hard to be accommodating in an empty restaurant? Is it to difficult to change it in the computer that I'm sitting in the front now? Also, she never once came to ask me if I needed anything. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
