The food was pretty good, I was pleasantly surprised. The broth was decent but didn't have a lot of complexity. The bamboo shoots were good as was the chashu. The ramen noodles left something to be desired, pretty basic. The service was also pretty slow especially on a Sunday with not a lot of customers. Looks to be family owned with the daughter serving as the cashier who was on her phone the entire time. Pretty inattentive.Being in the outlet food court I would probably try...read full review

I was stunned when I tried this restaurant, it was great! The food was amazing and the service was helpful. Didn’t have to wait for a cashier to take my order as well. I genuinely don’t know why this place was low on customers. Great experience.
