First, teach the employees how to listen. I ordered a mini tuna and, after doing so, the guy asked if I wanted regular or large. Then, as the woman was finished preparing my sandwich, she asked if I wanted anything else, to which I said no, and then she asked if I wanted chips or a drink. Hellooooooo!Next, as she was ringing up my order, a woman walked in and the woman waiting on me stopped serving me and served the woman who just came in. Your customer service barely gets one star.The sandwich itself is bland. I don’t expect pizazz with a tuna sandwich, but this is disappointing. Subway and Pork Belly have better, but I thought I’d give Mike’s a try.I have and I won’t be back. Oh, one other thing: clean the sink area behind the cash register. For as slow as they were, that place should be spotless. It wasn’t.

What an amazing and friendly staff despite them being super busy. I got my order 5 minutes early and they even kept my secret identity on the DL. Now time to return to the bat cave and eat this delicious and perfectly made sub.

I stopped in to grab a sandwich before my daughter took her permit test. The sweet workers wished her luck and promised a free cookie when she passed. Headed back 30 minutes later for her cookie and she was rewarded with a sandwich also! Both of the workers were so personable and cheered her on.

I was disappointed because the sandwich that I ordered yesterday must have been made on some day-old or even week-old bread. It was very crunchy and stale, and made the sandwich nearly inedible.

Literally the worst Jersy Mike's. Everytime I order take out I come 10 min after it's supposed to be ready and it's never ready. Then they don't make it ahead of the people that are in line so I had to wait another 15 min in the store. This is the 4th time. At this point I'll just go somewhere else.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch melt. It was made fresh and was warm. The people working there were friendly. The price was pretty average compared to sub places around town. I will come back.Vegetarian options: They carry meatless subs.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal.Parking: The parking is limited because this business is located in a mini strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
