One of a kind restaurant that has been in Eagan for over 20 years and just found this gem! Ordered... A few minutes later hot food hit the table. You can even watch the cook working on your meal. The staff was great and very friendly. I will definitely be back!

This place literally warms my heart! I came in on a Saturday around 5pm and there was plenty of room at the tables or bar stools for me to sit. The chef was very friendly, kind of reminded me of like a dad or grandpa being on grill. It was fun to watch him cook. The food is top tier, you can tell there is love put it into it. I’m super thankful for the experience and establishment. ✨??

Small restaurant but they turn tables quick! We got there at 10:30am on a Saturday and were worried when we saw a wait but only ended up having to wait about 15 minutes. Once we were seated, service was quick and efficient and the food was yummy! The breakfast sandwich was a classic and the menu doesn't lie when it lists a jumbo caramel roll - it truly was the largest one I've ever had!

Went to Junior's on a whim. I have had their breakfast burritos brought in to work before and they were great. Nice little cozy diner with the counter bar and some tables. I sat up at the counter and was immediately greeted and ask what I would like to drink. I got coffee and the guy behind the counter gave me a menu and said any questions let me know. There were a few regulars in as he was talking with them. I ordered the Junior's breakfast and a side of bacon. This place reminded me of the old school diner in that you could see the griddle and watch them cook it up. It came nice and hot with a little extra cheese. When I got done i was more than happy and very full. If you are ever i. The area give them a try.
If you happen to be in this area, great little restaurant across from a Walmart. Giant portions, great service and fun decorations. Recommend highly!

I was excited to hear here today. My girlfriend and I sat at the counter that looks into the kitchen. We were sitting all of 5 minutes. We ordered drinks and our server was Soo spaced out plus had no Idea what carbonated water was so my girlfriend had to get a Starry soda.while waiting on the drinks the chef was cracking egg's. In the process a few shells ended up in the eggs. Instead of using a spatula the cook stick her fingers in the eggs multiple times to remove the shells. I immediately became appalled and alerted who I thought was the manager and then our server. Our server stated well I think they wash their hands a lot. The manager who was working along side of the cook did not address her. He turns and looks at me and says she put on gloves now be quiet rudely. I was like excuse me sir who are you speaking to. And said it again. At this point I was extremely agitated and said well Ill just write a review and I left it at that. The manager says I don't care be quiet. Keep in mind I'm not loud at all I'm speaking to them in a very respectful tone. I then say sir I've met the owner multiple times and he won't appreciate this and he told me to be quiet again. My girlfriend and I politely got up and left. This cook never washed her hand after putting her finger in someone's eggs and went on to touch other food Can you say Salmonella. Will not revisit here and it's a shame because Jrs has always had great food at reasonable prices. I hope the owner finds this and corrects his staff behavior so I can come and enjoy them food.

cannot recommend this place enough! servers are beyond amazing, the atmosphere is positive and groovy and the cooks and food are 10/10 !!! never once had any issues while eating here & have sent many recommendations to try it!

I had their Italian beef sandwich! It was delicious. I grew up near Chicago and love Italian beef. This is the first time I have found an authentic sandwich in the Twin Cities ?!
