Fabulous program! We spent a lot of time looking around for a good performance training program — in Mash we found nirvana — a flexible program (or ... okay ... progrum! :) that fits our schedule, great trainers that know what they are doing, deal well with individual needs AND provide personalized training at a reasonable price. We can’t say enough good things about Nate, his team and the performance group at Mash :).
Great program for athletes to learn the proper physical and mental aspects of competition. They have coached and mentored both our son Eli (travelling baseball) and daughter Morgan (collegiate soccer). Highly recommend to families as they not only taught our kids to be good athletes, but good people as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Mash. My son started with the Rookie program and has done the prep program during the spring. Coach Ryan is amazing. He does a fantastic job at engaging the kids and making baseball fun. I cannot believe how much my kiddo has improved in his skills since starting with Mash.
