I did a pick up order, and the food was super cold even though I arrived before the time it said it would be done by. I also paid extra for extra parmesan and never received that. And I asked for silverware and never got that either. So I had to stop at a gas station to get a fork. Super

There was no staff. Our noodles were undercooked and the Mac n cheese had very little cheese. Should have just made a box of noodles at home.
