Quality comes only with tips:I am a regular customer at Oryza. My whole family loves their food. Recently, I observed, for any carry-out order, if I do not tip, the food quality gets compromised. I am not sure, if they want to state that indirectly, that if you do not tip, we will not be nice to you.This may compel me to go to other businesses, if I am not treated nicely.Here is a picture from two days back, where Bobba Tea had 80% ice and 20% content.

I love their poke bowls. I usually do the Make Your Own Bowl. My favorite ramen is the Blazin' Hot Tonkatsu. Very flavorful and just the right amount of kick. Their appetizers are also amazing. I'm a regular, pretty much daily, Boba customer of theirs as well. The family that owns this restaurant are the nicest people too! Love this place!
The food was mediocre and the service was non professional. I ordered the dragon bowl and the eel tasted old. I didn't eat it. The eel sauce was also very salty.

The service was both fast and amazing; the servers were incredibly friendly and attentive，When our food arrived, it was not only fast but also piping hot, making for a delicious meal. They sat us down in the last table right next to the restrooms and you can smell the scent of it. We waited for almost an hr for our food (40 mins to be exact), and nothing came out. Not even appetizers. They weren't busy at all, although it looked like they had one waiter, but not a lot of customers. We did noticed the people who sat down after us got their apps before we did. However they waited forever for their ramen as well. We ended up leaving. Horrible service, long wait. Don't waste your time here.
Try the pork bun. It was fabulous!
