This Starbucks is good. The drinks are good, but the service does take a while. I do know that they are busy but they prioritize other orders in the drive-through even though we've ordered first so I do like this, but just know if you're in a rush, not the place.

This Starbucks cafe is located inside Hy-Vee. It's on the right when you first walk into the store. It's by the Hy-Vee checkout area.It's an interesting location. There is a standalone Starbucks across from this grocery store. It has a drive-thru. It reminds me of a similar setup in Markham's Box Grove Area. There's a standalone Starbucks complete with a drive through. Diagonally across from it is a Starbucks inside Longo's.I have yet to order anything at this cafe. The hours aren't great. It opens at 6 am and closes at 6 pm. Both times that I was there, it was past 6 pm. The first was getting off my flight from Toronto and heading straight to this Hy-Vee to get groceries. The other time was finding out that my flight to Toronto was cancelled and I came here to get drinks. What I do love about this Starbucks is that it has University of Minnesota reusable hot cups. It was my first time seeing them at any Starbucks cafe. I wanted to get a set, but I need to return when the cafe is open so I can make the purchase. One of these days, I hope to return to get a drink and the U of M hot cups. Maybe I'll drop by during a lunch break and see how things go.(56)

This is an order ahead only shop.The drive thru is always full, so be prepared.The workers here are efficient, kind and crushing their jobs.Patience is a virtue, be kind. They are really moving inside to get your order out.

I went in today with the intention of using my birthday drink. When I got there I noticed the sign that said they couldn't do "free" things. When the guy asked me what he could get for me I replied that I read the sign and turns out nothing, but could he answer a question for me. I started "With the birthday drinks.." and was cut off that I couldn't do that there. I replied that yes, I did just read that sign but I was wondering if there were certain drinks that were eligible. He told me I could go to a different Starbucks and ask them because he hasn't even ever got one.It would be helpful if all Starbucks employees were trained the same. He made me feel embarrassed for even asking- I wont even go try to use my reward somewhere else.

Came here today for a drink after long day at work. And look how different between those 2 drink. It’s suppose to look like the 2nd pic with strawberry. It’s cost $4.77 for nothing. I asked for extra ice not extra water. I know I should complain right at that time but it’s was dark outside so I didn’t notice until I drink it taste like water. This place need to train their staff harder. This 3rd times happen to me already.

Great customer service when I stopped at this location. However, my drink was so PACKED with ICE, there was barely any beverage in it. I feel like I barely tasted the drink before it was completely gone. Close to just a cup of ice. What a bummer. I’ve never been given a drink like this at the location I typically go to.

Looking to grab a coffee quick, don't come here. You will be waiting in line for at LEAST 20 minutes. Go into HyVee and save yourself time. Plus side, staff is nice and friendly.
