They use the Subway name and promotions to bring in customers, but don't honor the promotions. It feels like a bait and switch and I don't understand why corporate Subway allows this. If you don't want to participate in the Subway promotions, then just be an independent sandwich shop. The food itself has been fine.

I won’t be back. Lady behind the counter was not pleasant. I literally said: “pickles, olives, jalapeños” and she yelled at me for speaking too fast. She yelled at me. Then the sandwich was slapped together with the bare minimum of ingredients as if she was telling me she didn’t want me back anyhow.

Was excited to eat here however we decided to leave due to the lady being pretty rude and impatient with us and the young lady before us.Not sure if a rough day or what was going on. Tried to explain to her and she just kept interrupting and talking over me.Time was 6:10 p.m 09/28/2023

Pretty average Subway, but they don't accept most promo codes or coupons. Save yourself some money and go to a different Subway. There's plenty other locations within a couple miles of this one.

I went to this Subway on 8/31 around 5pm. The store in general needs a remodel, it feels musty. There was only ONE employee working the dinner rush by himself. He was fantastic, and was doing the best he could, but I could tell he was totally drained and out of it and he kept making mistakes. This doesn't shed bad light on the employee, it sheds bad light on the store management. I wonder how long this store will keep running in this condition. Going to any other subway then going to this one will be better

My visit to the Eagan Subway was unpleasant. The worker, a short Hispanic lady, made it extremely clear that she was unhappy with our presence. Our sandwich was satisfactory and we got charged the appropriate amount, so this review is not focused on that. I wasn't happy with the dismissive behavior and unnecessary pressure she displayed. My friend had the same experience a couple weeks prior as well. If you're going to the Eagan Subway, you will receive a sandwich made with hatred.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just order a Sandwhich online tonight August 2, 2023 @7:19pm to be delivered to my work and spent $14.51I never received my Sandwhich but they put it as delivered. I tried calling the driver and the store several times and neither picked up. I can't go to the store right now because I'm at work so I don't even know if I'll be able to get a refund but best believe I'll talk to my bank about removing the charge since I never received it.

Greetings,My husband an I went to Subway located at 4250 Lexington Ave S, Eagan, MN 55123 at 8:47PM which is unusual since they don't close and the door was locked so we turned around towards our vehicle and an employee open the door. So as my husband is placing an order, an Hispanic female was speaking to the other employee who had open the door as if to why he did but he was expecting someone to pick up an order which arrived after us so it wasn't like he opened the door willingly. My husbands travel from state to state for his business and it was another employee at Subway who showed my husband how to make his sandwich and that's how he's been having his sandwich from state to state with no issues but this unprofessional employee you have is going to tell him that if it's busy, she will not accommodate and every other Subway from any state he visits has no problems in doing so. When my husband ask her to put certain ingredients in first, she ignored his request and did as she pleases. Please feel free to view the cameras if they didn't delete it because we have no reasons to lie on anybody. What she don't realize is that I work and is around of a lot of influential people and I can escalate this if I really wanted to. My 16 year old son has better manners and professionalism. Not unbelievable unfortunately. People like her shouldn't even be employed but then again why I should pay to have folks to live off of me. I' done!

Service leaves a lot to be desired. I understand its not the easiest of jobs, but there is one worker who I've noticed is pretty regularly rude and combative towards customers. I dont know what her problem is but every time I go in there it seems like someone is holding her at gunpoint
