We were standing in line for over 20 minutes no one acknowledged us or took our order. There was a lady in front of us who had been there standing in line longer than us. We then ordered online and had our order ready before the 3 workers even asked to take our order. Not sure why they are not serving the people who took the time to walk in to order.

Every time I go to this location there is a problem! Last time their system was down so they couldn't process my gift card. Today not only was their expresso machine down but they were out of the tea mix for the MonDaymaker teas which were a special price TODAY ONLY! Sorry to say I won't even be trying to get anything from this location any more as the only thing they serve on the daily is frustration!!!!

I am on a mission to make sure everyone knows how amazing Caribou Coffee is! The ones inside the grocery stores are just as amazing as the standalone coffee shops. GO HERE IF YOU WANT THE BEST CHAIN COFFEE EVER.

Every time I have been to this caribou location, the staff has been very friendly and fast! I was not having a very great morning and decided coffee would help. When I arrived and ordered my usual drink the espresso machine was down, but the barista was quick on her feet to find another alternative that ended up tasting amazing!! Thank you for making my morning brighter!
