I got the classic milk tea with 0 sugar. It was still naturally sweet from the other ingredients is my guess. Other than that, the drink was pretty standard.The ordering was easy through the kiosk and the drinks were promptly made.Where I had to deduct some stars is I think tipping is mandatory. I couldn't just exit out of the tipping section and one of the options had to be selected with the lowest option being 15 percent. Being that this was a simple purchase, receive, and leave place, tipping was totally unnecessary in my opinion, especially in today's tipping fatigue America.

Swung by for dessert after dinner at Hot Pot City. The ordering experience at the kiosk was super easy! I just wish there were other options for sizes - maybe I just didn't see them? I appreciate when places let you pick your sweetness level. I ordered a chizu taro latte with 25% sweetness at the recommendation of a friend and it was delicious! My husband ordered a hazelnut with the stir fried boba. They unfortunately were out of the boba, but the kid at the counter was very sweet and offered us an alternative. I'll definitely be back and will be ordering a donut as well!

These donuts are so fun and I love how the flavors rotate. They're so delicious when they are FRESH. However, don't plan on saving them for tomorrow or even later in the day. They get soggy. My other complaint is both times I've been there the person filling the orders have been rude and stoic.

Second time going here and would have to say they are consistent. Donuts were fresh and tasted good. Easy ordering process. I am giving them a 4 star as the boba tea we got was filled with majority of ice.

You order your drinks and doughnuts from the kiosk by the wall. Their mochi doughnuts are very delicious. Good balance of frosting and chewiness. Only complaint I have are their drinks. They didn't have any snow or slush like drinks, it's all milk tea and or latte. Not a big fan of their drinks, but their doughnuts are out of this world good.

Came here specifically for the mochi donuts! Plenty of unique and seasonal flavors! We got a half order dozen which came in a nice box. The staff was quick to get to our order and the shop itself has a cute aesthetic. A great place to stop by for a snack--especially the black sesame mochi donuts!

The mochi’s are not fresh!!! Who knows how long they’ve been sitting out. Staff is not friendly or welcoming! Given their ordering system that eliminates them taking orders; they should interact more with customers and serve fresh!!! Who wants cold mochi donuts? No thank you! Never again!

Another great stop at Asia Mall. Soft delicious and perfect for sharing. Kiosk ordering isn't my favorite but these donuts are fantastic. None of the flavors are overpowering maybe the best chocolate mint flavored anything i have had. Grab some to take home!

I absolutely love mochi dough and the taro donuts are my favorite. The only issue is that I definitely have some stomach issues afterwards and would advise against eating more than one for people with more sensitive stomachs.
