Food is good. Strawberry was dry and warm. It looked awful. Staff are not great. The held conversations in Spanish while helping me. The dropped a togo bowl on the floor and instead of throwing it away, they put it back in the pile. The phone rang over and over and staff sat there and played on their cell phones. Seems they don't care about their jobs here. They don't communicate with one another on orders placed. Looks like bad management here.

I love their salad, but everytime I order online (in many the MN locations), I don't get nearly as many toppings, glet the wrong toppings (I have an allergy so it's super important), and they don't actually give you "extra" protein if you order it. When you go in, you have to call them out on How minimalist they are, and how they're not giving you what you're paying for. It's ridiculous because it wasnt this way just a few years ago. Greedy.

Café Zupas in Eden Prairie is one of the finest dining establishments in the northern hemisphere!Setting a new bar in quality and hospitality!I, a simple Ohian, was searching far and wide for a place to quench my hunger. Behold, the shining sign of Café Zupas was my answer.I walk in...almost overwhelmed at the amount of delicious & exquisite options before me. I felt like a king!The young gentleman behind the counter, whose name was Will, gave me a smile and held my hand as he guided me through the ordering process. Not only did he take my order and prepare it to the finest quality, but he also showed a genuine interest in me as a fellow human, asking such questions as to my day and what made my day great.I told him why I loved my job, and he proceeded to tell me why he loved his, clearly his roll at Zupas is more than a paycheck, this is his passion! He helped me and my lady friend navigate and learn the vast menu giving valuable details on popular choices. Even going so far as to explain the intricacies of bisque.Café Zupas didn't just gain a customer that night, they gained a customer for life! Thank you Will for making my experience something to cherish forever.Will, I hopw you continue to love what you do and serve many for years to come!#WillDeservesARaise

The Eden Prairie Cafe Zupas’ cup of mushroom bisque soup and their turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on multigrain bread really hit the spot today for lunch! Zupas serves their 10 varieties of soup by the cup or by the bowl. Their soup is served with a delicious dinner roll and their meal is served with a milk chocolate covered strawberry. The biggest challenge in having lunch at Zupas is deciding which sandwich, salad, and/or soup to choose! They all look great!!! Zupas also provides sliced lemons and limes for beverages and pads of butter for dinner rolls. Zupas was clean and had plenty of available seating when we stopped by today. ❤️

I had low expectations when I walked in.The family wanted to try somewhere we hadn't been before and I noticed Zupa's.The first thing I noticed was that it was very clean.Nice pictures up on the wall menu.Clear instructions to order sandwich, soup, then dessert (or whatever you were in the mood for).They took great pride, and rightly so, telling us that everything was freshly prepared on the premises.I had pesto chicken sandwich with the lobster bisque. No dessert as I'm not much of a restaurant dessert fan.With the soup, we got a nice bread roll.The lobster bisque was delicious!It went down very nicely.The winner by a long margin, (and I tried my wife's turkey sandwich) was the pesto chicken sandwich.I would honestly come back just to have that again!We got a free strawberry dipped in chocolate too, which was a nice touch.All in all, the whole family enjoyed the meal and agree that we will definitely come back.
I went here about a month ago, BEST CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP EVER!!!!!!! Amazing workers/atmosphere. Please run to get the chicken noodle soup ASAP. Also there is a free chocolate strawberry with ever purchase.Dietary restrictions: Has a lot of allergen friendly stuff.
I really love Cafe Zupas it's one of the only places you can get a variety of soups I also really enjoy their flavored water. This particular place had an outdoor seating area and it was absolutely beautiful outside. I also love the fact this is one of the only restaurants that they'll give you a bun and a chocolate covered strawberry with each of your meals. I definitely recommend Cafe Zupas, I brought my family and they all enjoy it.

I had an order for delivery for a large group. I placed the order through the website a few days prior and wanted to check in on it the day before my event. The website was terrible for that, so I called the location and Kevin answered both times and he was super friendly and helpful even though he also was unable to see my order at the time but reassured me it was in the system...the system just isn't the best. Obviously needs some improvements if you're going to allow people to order online.
I've been going to Zupas for 4 years and this is my first time purchasing food at this store and it is the most disappointing Strawberry Harvest salad I've ever received. There were 4 pieces of possibly 1 strawberry in my salad, barely any cheese, pecans or cranberries, 7 tiny cubes of chicken, a part of the lettuce head that no one would actually eat and zero apples. They made this salad like I showed up begging for food so they scrapped together what they could. My sandwich had avocado in it, the first half was fine, the second half tasted weird, looked down and there was brown spoiling parts of the avocado in my sandwich. My protein bowl was purchased to eat at dinner, but I ended up eating it the next day, it's missing ingredients from the description as well. This by far the worse Zupas experience ever. I will not be purchasing food at this location ever again. We'd usually get Zupas from the Plymouth location for team lunches at the other corporate building and it was always amazing. I definitely won't be ordering Zupas from the Eden Prairie location for the team.

This place is pretty great! I love how there are choices for everyone, no matter if you are looking for light and healthy, meaty and savory, or totally indulgent on desserts.I found this option online when looking for a place with salads for my wife. Needed takeout, and so Cafe Zupas worked out really well. Food was ready in 10 minutes!!Everything was tasty and proper temps. Nothing wrong with the food quality whatsoever.We had Thai Chicken Salad, a Chicken Enchilada Chili, and a Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich.Can't wait to try even more of their menu someday!

I remember finding this place once just by driving around, not much advertising in my opinion. The best part about it are the flavors. Every time I ordered I always have to have the roasted red pepper and lobster bisque. It has been consistent over the years and I love the chunks of lobster throughout the bisque. Every order comes with chocolate covered strawberries and bread. This location has friendly staff and the line wasn't moving very fast however it wasn't super slow on the same note. The lobby was clean so it was easy to find a spot inside. With quality Ingredients and impeccable flavors we keep coming back year after year.
