I'm not one to do bad reviews. I love celebrating good food. Unfortunately this is a case where I have to say the food was completely bland. No seasoning at all, meat was rubbery, way too much broccoli in the hunan beef and the broccoli was undercooked, and finally no veg in the lo mein. I added a 4 dollar tip hoping that my meal would get extra attention but at this point I'd get more flavor drinking a packet of soy sauce. Sorry China wok but it's the worst Chinese takeout I've ever had.

Frequent this place a few times a month. Looks to be under new ownership as the food quality and taste has changed. The food used to have a good taste but it's gotten bland. Would love to keep coming back but until the recipe gets straightened out we will have to find an alternative.

The food had great taste. I ordered through Uber Eats and first I asked for hot oil (in CAPITAL LETTERS) . Got my food and nothing. I love Chinese food with hot oil or even chili sauce. BUT FOOD PORTIONS WERE ?. For being a dinner combo plate. It came with not a lot of food. Looked like I ordered lunch special. I am not from around here. I am from out of state. .. I HONESTLY MOST LIKELY WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN.

I prefer to try a place myself and don’t pay much attention to reviews/ratings beforehand. This is one where I wish I had listened to the poor reviews. There is a reason this place has 3.4 stars.The fried rice was extremely greasy, the egg rolls incredibly small and overall the food taste was sub-par. This is not a place that I will be visiting again.

$65 for four entrees with rice and four eggrolls, wasted money. The lemon sauce was tangy and sour, and the rice tasted old. The sesame sauce was too sweet. The egg rolls were okay. Nobody finished their food and we just threw the leftovers.

We asked if their lo mein noodles were thick or thin. "Thin" we were assured. Well, they're thick. And a bit gummy. The egg rolls and chicken wings were merely okay. The shrimp & chicken with garlic sauce had a bit of welcome heat and it was cooked well. But there was far too much broccoli in it. (Who am I kidding? Even one sprig is too much.) Americanized Chinese food. Bleh. Unfortunately there is nothing appreciably better within a reasonable driving distance.

I order takeout at China Wok for 19 people yesterday. The order was perfect. They got everything right and all the food was so good, fresh, and hot! The whole family raved about the food! Generous portion sizes! I love their orange chicken, sesame chicken, szechuan shrimp, fresh broccoli in garlic sauce, beef and broccoli, veggie lo mein, sesame tofu, cream cheese wontons, and for our little kids, the chicken nuggets. This is our go-to Chinese takeout! Thank you, China Wok!
Tried this place for the first time. I ordered beef Mongolian and chicken Lo Mein. I’ve never had these lo mein type of noodle. I have had one similar to like skinny egg noodle. It reminds me of Osaka noodle which I love. I love the portion and it tasted great. I would come again.

So, to be clear, from the reviews I was not expecting much but wow!Best dumpling sauce..just yum. The steamed dumplings were bomb(yeah I know totally gen x) the moo shu pork was amazing ? ?. Everything I ordered was made fresh and delicious ?. You walk in and think, meh..but its the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen and the best food I've had in a LONG while. Thank you China Wok Eden Prairie ?. For delivering the tastiest food I've had in a hot minute. 10 out of 10. I reccomend!Colleen
