I have no issue normally with this location, but I ordered a pickup and ordered it with an extra wrap of torilla and instead they put the extra wrap in its separate tin foil while the actual burrito was leaking juices in the bag. Bad look.

The Eden Prairie Chipolte restraunt was so much cleaner and the staff acted professional. The food had a well cooked fresh taste.The Chipolte on Hwy 7 and 101 is a complete disaster compared to the one in Eden Prairie on Technological Drive. I've actually walked out of the Minnetonka store disgusted by the mess, cooking and staff.Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to Eden Prairie for a much better experience.

I work by this chipotle and have ordered here quite a few times and almost every time something is messed up. The chips are usually super burnt and mushy rice. Today I decided to give them another chance and I had a hair in my bowl. I love chipotle but this location has unfortunately disappointed me time and time again.

One of the worst Chipotle I've ever been to in the twin cities. They operate like it's their first day on the job, constantly running out of items at PRIME LUNCH TIME 12-1pm, and they so nonchalantly look customers in their eyes, shrug and way sorry we're out of <insert item of the day> it'll be a 15-20 minute wait. Please, could someone educate me on how Chipotle can run out of RICE (both brown and white) at 12.37pm on a Wednesday?

This store is never prepared for their lunch rush. No rice, serving under portioned meat that is the bottom of the bin burnt pieces. Extremely rude staff and combative employees. When ordering double meat, it was the same size as a single portion, but we paid double. The quality of food and service is terrible at this store.

All times on website and door says they are open until 10. Was working late driving on the road so could not order online. Showed up at 931 and this guy told me they were doing online only. Anyone who’s worked in food industry knows that means they want to get out early and not actually be open until 10. Won’t ever go back here and was disappointed to see that the Covid’s era fallout where they didn’t have workers at stores and they were never open has just morphed into advertising is for cucks and we do what we want.
