Great service and no line. Clear signs with lots of menu options, and kind employees. The employees gave us time to decide what we wanted. Plenty of seating if you'd rather sit and enjoy your treat, but also places to walk around if you want to be on the move. I was really excited to try the berry dip cone, and it was delicious! I love that it’s located in Eden Prairie mall. My kids love walking the mall and stopping for Orange Julius’s. It can get busy on the weekends, but the staff does a good job of handling the rushes.

This one is great now, I've never had an issue. Same fun folks working there. Straight to the point.Someone wrote a review a few years ago about whistling like a dog to customer service workers and they're absolutely in the wrong - you do not whistle and snap at human beings to get their attention, sir or madam.
