Absolutely the best gyro and Greek salad EVER !

It's been our HIDDEN GEM for years! Best Gyro I've ever had in the entire metro. Their meat is tender and well made. I love the lack of ego of this shop- it shares space with a gas station. It's freakin' delicious.

Great little place that might surprise you. So yeah, it's in a gas station. This isn't a sit down and eat at a white table cloth restaurant. It's grab and go. So, with that in mind, I highly recommend using the highly capable online ordering feature and order up whatever you want...along with a side of fries, because, damn, the fries are good. Everything we've ordered, which includes a wide variety of sandwiches, pita wraps salads and fries, has tasted great. But more than that, they are FAST. I often order on my way and show up 5 minutes later. More times than not, the order is being finished up as I walk in or it's already done. So, in sum, it's super convenient, fast, with great online ordering capabilities and tasty food. The friendliness, customer service, ambience, etc. aren't top notch which causes me to withhold 1 star, but I don't care. I'm going back again. And again. And again.

Weird place. Kinda a gas station??? I tried to order a falafel sandwich with hummus instead of the yogurt sauce (I don't eat dairy). They charged me FIVE DOLLARS for the swap. When I went to pick up my food at the counter I ASKED if it was dairy free. They guy told me yes. Brought my food home and it was smothered in yogurt sauce. Total waste of my time and money. Paid $15 for no lunch.Don't bother with this place.

This place is delicious!! You order at the counter and they call your number when ready. My favorite is the gyro platter. You get 1 or 2 sides so I like the rice and hummus. Oh my the hummus is SO smooth and delicious. The portions are huge and I always have 2 or 3 meals from it.

Good gyro, interesting with the fries in it. Meat was on the crispier side, carved right off the spit.

I was really looking forward to a great gyro at this newly opened spot in the Cub center at Hwy 5 & Market Center (they moved into the bagel spot that closed not too long ago). Reviews have generally been good about the food, but I have to conclude most folks don't know what a good gyro is supposed to taste like. First of all, the prices are high, which I can understand in today's world. I had the gyro sandwich platter ("combo"), which included fries (tremendous by the way) and a drink, which set me back $15.99, and also there was a "service fee" at 4.5%, and they asked for a tip. For almost $20, this really should be an outstanding gyro. Let's begin with the meat. The lamb meat was properly grilled and all, but it was almost tasteless, virtually no flavor at all. And the tzatziki sauce was very bland. When I pointed this out to the owner, he shrugged and said "I'll think about that". Ok. The veggies were pretty fresh, but the pita was not grilled very well. Portions were very generous, but who cares if it's not tasty? All in all, a disappointment for the price.

Really good gyros. but the price is way too expensive. Average after taxes n etc is about $11 for a regular sized gyro that you can finish in about 6-7 bites. my friends n family will just have to shop elsewhere for good priced gyros.

The food was ok. It was way too expensive though and once you go to pay the amount you think you owe, it's way more expensive. They charge you a $.50 fee for using a credit card! I could see maybe a $.10 fee but $.50 is ridiculous! The food wasn't good enough to go back.

I've been here many times. It's a great option to have in Eden Prairie. Kinda like a dive, but not really. The food is always consistent and the atmosphere is good. It's hidden in a gas station but there's plenty of seating and food options. Good food option when you're tired of the same old options.

Great little lunch spot if you want something different from the various chain restaurants in the strip mall area. Some of the best rice I've ever had at a Greek restaurant.

Food came quick and it’s really good. So glad to have this new option in Chanhassen.

The Greek Grill & Fry is simply terrible. I called early and asked about placing an order online. Followed their instructions. Received a text from DoorDash that it would be 60-70 minutes b/4 the order would be ready. Within 15 mins, I received another text indicating that the order was ready. I thought surely there was an error. I called the restaurant directly and confirmed that our order was ready. I explained when I was told to pickup and they blamed DoorDash. I told him that I was 25 minutes away. So that it would be close to an hour before we would eat this food. No apologies. When I got to the restaurant, the owner was not apologetic and told me that they replaced the fries (false - I’m in the food service business and these fries were easily +20 minutes old). I stressed my concerns with their disconnect with DoorDash, their ordering partner and he did not care and at one point said whatever. I said “great customer service” on my way out. I don’t plan to ever come back!! Get this, I called DoorDash and Alfonso gave me a $5 credit on the order and a $10 DoorDash credit. I don’t plan to use them again either. Their explanation was that they believe that the restaurant probably had an order cancelled and that is why our order went from being an hour from being ready to it being ready right NOW. Come on.....

Your quarantined fridge is stocked with well-intentioned ingredients to help you *finally* eat clean/lean. Butttt....let's get real, weekend's here and your stomach is rumbling for anything else than what you have on the shelves. Cue: this place - a "Greek grill" in the corner of a family (and friend?) run gas station/convenient store/café mashup. The only dicey thing here is the tomatoes in their awesome Greek salad. Five stars for what it is: a American / Mediterranean fast food effort shoved in the corner of a gas station peppered with some tables to shovel your face before the grease cools...if your heart so desires. (yes, as of 20 Dec they had no chairs / were closed for 'dine-in'). The chicken gyro meat was on point, fries were fresh, hummus was smooth, and the baklava made me want Turkish coffee. ...The final test to know the food was good - my finicky mother took her leftovers! (She NEVER EVER does leftovers)Skip the chains next time you're craving gyros, pay the extra $.90 to support the small guy mark up and check them out!

They need to update their address, it's now in eden prairie mall. Wife and I both ordered the Gyro platter... take a look at my picture, compare it to the one they display... it's not the same! You might as well order just the Gyro by itself, YOU GET THE SAME THING!!! I'm very disappointed, if you buy just the gyro, it's 8 dollars. The platter is over 15, you would think you would get more food, hell... even look remotely like the quality in the picture on the board. I would recommend this place if you're looking to get ripped off, but like the taste of gyros. Because, despite the bad habits and lack of customer service. They're food tastes good. Dear owner/ manager... shame on you!
