Meals are cooked, you put together and heat for eating. Found them to be appetizing. No club to join...you can order on line for pick-up.....or go into the store and make your selection. Try it, you'll like it.
Have you heard of Let's Dish? If you remember it the way I do you used to go in and prepare meals using a detailed recipe card and take them home to prepare or freeze. You can now order in advance online or stop in at a local store to pick out a few meals.
