Ordered P/U for 1845. Prepaid. Rewards member. Waited around for 20 minutes while the door dash and walk in orders were filled. "Your next up" at 1915. What's the point of online ordering? I like their product, but won't return.

The only reason I'm giving 1 Star is because there isn't a zero star aelection.Had two orders of sesame chicken. At other Chinese restaurants that I have ordered the same item, it had always been sweet and very flavorful. However; here, I've never had more horrible tasting food in my life. There was no sweetness and the chicken was grizzly and tasted to much like soy, Could only manage a few bites and threw it away. We honestly think they made the wrong food. I wouldn't even feed it to a cat and I hate cats! It was my first and last time ever eating there. I can only advise people to avoid it like the plague.

They were out of sesame sauce, napkins, and the soda machine was out of order.Ordered Mongolian Steak with white rice. Rice was mushy and the dish was loaded with mushrooms and small bits of steak. The steak was bland and tasted nothing like what Mongolian Steak normally would.The service wasn’t much better. We informed the staff that there was no napkins and they turned their backs to us.Will not be returning any time soon.

I ordered the bourbon chicken with noodles. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but what I got was crazy. The chicken was white and unseasoned. The noodles were also plain and unseasoned.

Not great. I got sweet and sour chicken over rice. The chicken was alright. The rice had little to no sauce at all. It was meh. And our egg rolls appetizer came out right as we were about to leave and they weren’t very good at all. Not super clean either. Not planning on coming back.

To the airhead that felt the need to order $500 worth of food during the lunch rush on one mobile order (without so much as calling ahead): kindly refrain from doing so ever again. Restaurant workers thank you, as do the other folks in your community who would like to be able to get lunch in a timely fashion.Very impressed with the speed and professionalism of service at this location in spite of one extremely inconsiderate customer. Frankly, I would have told that person to take a hike and I wouldn't have thought twice. You guys rock.

What happened to the flavor? The food is not the same. It looks like a run down version of what PeiWei used to be. I had Fried Rice and it was sweet. Not a taste I wanted or enjoyed and overly oily. This was a favorite place to go when on this side of the cities but I will pass. I learned they changed their recipes with new corporate ownership.
Pei Wei is Asian restaurant. You can do dine in or take out. We did take out and were not disappointed. Order has been placed for very particular time and when we came it was available to pickup. Since we paid upfront, we just took our order. No lines. No hassles. Food tastes good. Thank you Pei Wei!

Food was extremely bland.I ordered 3 chicken fried rice and unfortunately it was very bland and just didn’t eat it. A lot of balls of white rice so definitely not mixed correctly.

I work in the area and Kayden the new manager took time out of his day to come over to my shop and offer me and my employees coupons with an exceptional attitude. I was hungry so of course I went over. Him and his staff were fantastic and friendly as can be I felt like I got a VIP experience at a fast food restaurant like what? Anyways Kayden is the man promote him again already you guys are slacking ;)
