My family and I wanted to order food for tonight but we called several times and they never picked up until the 6th time and the person I was speaking with wasn't paying attention to what I wanted. I asked for two large pizzas with cheese crust but he said they didn't have with cheese crust so I just asked for the pizzas and wings and they kept on saying they have no cheese crust when it wasn't even what I was talking about. They were also being very aggressive when talking but our loyalty to pizza hut didn't stop us from ordering so we just call to another location we drove farther to the pizza hut in Shakopee where the service and people are nicer and better.We hope this person at this location understand that customer service is the key for business.I am a Eden prairie resident for 25 years we think that the way this guy talk is the same way he clean and organize.if this person talk this way to a gust this place should do something.Before they lose business.Next time I will record my call.To share.Thank you for your time.

Be prepared for a long delivery because Pizza Hut outsources delivery to another company now. In our case it took 1.5 hours from order to delivery. Food arrived barely warm and was not fresh out of the oven like we are used to. Pickup at the Pizza Hut yourself if you want that.

Pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered. I ordered the big box. One pizza was undercooked and was over cooked/burnt. BOTH were cold and greasy. Frozen pizza would’ve been a quarter of the price and tasted better. It’s unfortunate because I never used to have issues with this location.

If I would have known that DoorDash was the delivery service I wouldn't have ordered. DoorDash showed up 20 min late and couldn't understand my apartment delivery instructions due to a language barrier... No indication on Pizza Hut's website that a third party would be delivering.

the food is fine. edible at best. they need to hire more staff because i am sick of my food being delivered 2 HOURS past when they said it would be there. not to mention they aways forget something with my order.

I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt because I understand being understaffed and frankly because I love Pizza Hut. But I’ve been disappointed too many times, this time is the last time. What’s weird is I ordered 2 pizzas and one of them came perfectly while the other.. well… everything just slipped right off and the dough is paper thin.

The pizza was bad. The dough was not cooked enough in the center. Even the cheese was not melted! I wish I had taken a picture. It was bad.

This particular visit I put all 5 stars because Pizza Hut did its job. I placed my order for carry out. It was for stuffed crust large Pizza. The order was ready in few minutes as promised. Price for this particular size, crust and couple of toppings was very reasonable. Pizza was pretty yummy. Thank you Pizza Hut!

Our order is always correct, tasty, and cooked to our liking. We always ask to have the pizza left in the oven to brown a little more and we're always happy.

Our order shows up an hour and a half after ordering. And the store was closed by the time it got here and hour after the store closed from someone who didn't speak English and some of the order was missing and I couldn't even explain. I will be pushing for a full refund. And will be contacting corporate.

It's time to move on. The app itself isn't very responsive and when ordering from it, the employees don't really pay attention to the instructions ("cut into squares" naw, well cut it normally and then into random shapes) or even take the time to cook the pizza all of the way through (a lot of the time it'll come out with the crust underdone and just barely toasted. The last pizza I got, I ended up having to throw back into the oven since the cheese wasn't even melted)
