It's been a long time since I've been to a Sbarro's. We just wanted a quick bite to eat and decided on the food court. When we saw Sbarro's I went for nostalgia and wanted the quick pizza fix. The food court was lightly busy so we didn't have much wait. The Sbarro prep area was clean and the food was displayed in an attractive manner. We placed our order and, as usual, watched as our slices were put into the oven to be heated up. If you haven't eaten at a Sbarro, be aware that the slices are very generous in size. I ordered the combo. That came with 2 GIANT bread sticks and a soda. The person working the register busied himself with cleaning surface areas between serving customers. A nice thing to see. Our food was ready and given to us neatly packaged in plastic sacks. We sat and ate in the food court. The pizza tasted just as I remembered it. Now, I like pizza and eat way more of it than I probably should. Sbarro is what I would consider fast food pizza so if you are expecting a Giordano's or Uno style pizza you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for great tasting pizza at a value price and served lightning quick you will be more than satisfied with a meal from Sbarro. Now that it's on my radar again I will for sure be back.

Honestly this is some pretty good pizza. This is the only place I can truly get just a slice for lunch or dinner. I really craved my cheese pizza. So good, that I'll be back, maybe for some pasta.

I was there today and ate my food. I noticed none of the employees wearing gloves but they were using tongs so I figured I’d just eat my food. The food was alright, but definitely not the freshest. I decided I was thirsty so I went to order a strawberry lemonade. I bring the lemonade back to my table, take a sip, and literally gagged. The lemonade was definitely fermented, and I nearly puked right there in the food court. When the employee was consulted about this, his only response was to offer a different drink. He made no mention of even dumping the lemonade. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Trying to order a couple of pizzas for pickup. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Why???UPDATE.....to the owner's response- if you can call a generic template of verbiage a 'response'......why not advise on why your staff totally ignores the phone? You ARE customer service-whether you like it or not- you ARE in the service industry. So stop pushing consumers to the company website.How about online ordering? Isn't it 2020?

Won't order again - placed my order online and just before it was due to arrive I noticed it was canceled by the store! Waited 45mn to learn I would not be getting my food! What the heck - how about calling if you are going to cancel. I don't sit on my email checking to see if a PAID order is cancelled or not. NEVER EVER AGAIN. PERIOD.

Called five times to order a couple of pies with a 2 hour span. No answer. Ordering while waiting there cost me another 30 min. So, with getting there, the wait, and the drive back, I'm having to waste an hour and a half. If they can't even answer the phone to save thirty minutes of my time, in sorry, this place deserves to go out of business.

I waited for 5+ minutes before an employee even came out to the front. They didn't greet me or anything!! They then continued to tell me the order i was picking up hadn't even been started.. they need some serious help here!

Yesterday was our first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the generous service, with the exceptional cuisine and booze and with the comfortable payment. We will surely come back soon.
I am here at the sabaroo Manager Matt refused to take order at 5.15 pm when the time to take last order is 5.30 pm. So please be aware they close when ever they want to .

Acused me of stealing even though I told him I was going for a sauce. He didn't even listen to my order, kept on messing up. Treats customers badly. Manager should be fired. I'll make sure to tell them that they don't wear gloves so u could imagine the sanitization there. Breaking health code violations
