At 10:00am, they were out of the lavendar powder! And still left the sign up promoting the lavendar latte. It's very disappointing since you can't get out of the drive-through once you've entered.

Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru then when they finished handing us our order, gave us attitude saying we ‘came too early’ and ‘to look at the pick up time next time’. And to top it off they made my drink poorly because of it (Its supposed to be a shaken espresso but looks like it sat around for hours). Never had a problem at any other location like this before, it’s the same as going through the drive thru, placing my order & waiting for my order at the window.

My chai was terrible. It tasted like warmed up milk. So sis my fathers Carmel latte. I would recommend you retrain your baristas because paying 6 bucks for a drink to only throw it away is infuriating.

Truthfully I like Caribou better than Starbuck's because Starbucks flavored drinks are always too sweet, but the staff at this location are alwaus freindly and helpul when I choose to stop here.

Stopped in while on a road trip. Super convenient location right off 169! Staff was very friendly and drinks were good. Also it has a really cool mural to look at while you wait for your drink.

Poor customer service. Went this afternoon and staff were careless and inattentive - coudnt get the order right, didn’t care less about it, and didn’t provide any refund.
Remodel in the last year, service was excellet,new tables and chairs for two, with a wall of seating and two or three chairs for each table. Tables and, umbrella's & chairs in the front and back of the coffee shop.

They messed up my drink two times. I even called and went back and the drink was still messed up also the lady taking my payment was super rude grabbing it out of my hand aggressively. I like this Starbucks it's convenient but they need to work on making correct drinks and customer service.

The service is always great at this area, the employees are nice and very polite, sometimes it gets real busy and the wait can be more than expected but it's definitely worth it, I ordered my usual Dragonfruit lemonade drinks and it was definitely good.
