This has to be the worst managed Starbucks I have ever been to in this area. I wonder (seriously) if it is a training location because the employees always seem confused and befuddled? I try to avoid this location; but every now and again I end up there and each time it is a frustrating experience. Today, the employee (I won't say the name here, but if a manager inquires I will tell them privately.) seemed (again) like he was totally spaced out; I think he was either super high or just a person that is in a fog. I have encountered this employee before and he was just the same. But he is not the only employee that seems inept and incompetent because they all seem to be that way every time I go. Today I ordered my beverage and a pastry to be heated. It was so hard to convey to this gentleman a very simple order; I had to repeat myself very slowly (he was English speaking, so I'm not talking about ESL or someone just learning the language). Another barista made my drink, but I can see my pastry sitting in its wrapper on the counter behind them. There were no other customers there; just 3 employees talking and gabbing behind the counter while my pastry just sat there. After a couple minutes I interrupted them and asked if one of them could please prepare my pastry that is just sitting there on the counter and give it to me. The one gal was apologetic and seemed surprised that my pastry order was there. I have to try and remember never to do to this location (inside Target), but sometimes I am in that neighborhood and have no other choice or forget.

Went there the other day after shopping for a treat for myself and my daughter waited about 25 minutes to only get the wrong drink then wait another 10 minutes for the right drink the whole place is run by teenager who don't care and would rather

I asked for a drink with no carmel because it has dairy and that would mess with my stomach the first and second time she made it had carmel. It took me over 15 minutes of waiting in line to buy a drink I cant even have.

I ordered a drink and it took forever to come. The server was prioritizing orders that came after us. The Mocha Cookie Crumble didn't even have the crumbles!!!!! Chocolate was over done and was bitter. Do NOT go here. I would rather eat literally anything else!!!!! Save yourself time and money by NOT going here!!!

I mainly go to this location if I’m shopping at Target. Now I contain myself and go to a drive thru instead. Every time I got something here they either didn’t really know about the app (rewards, points and stuff) or my drink is made really poorly. We had a frappe a couple weeks ago that I literally had a couple sips and I was done with it. It tasted really bad!

Would be zero if possible. Waited in line for 30 minutes to find out they had no cold brew. Mark your sign if you are out.

This location was run by a bunch of teens that were just talking to one another . I ordered a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and it had zero chocolate or mocha. It tasted and looked like straight up watered down milk.
