“The four of us walked in, not from the area, and were treated by Michael. He explained the menu and options to us and made some wonderful recommendations. The food is great. It is reminiscent of Fuzzy’s Tacos, if you’ve had them before. However, the game changer was the other team members who helped us during our visit that really took the experience from average to great. Michael was genuine, patient, thorough and communicative! The others were caring, efficient and helpful. We read about the brand and values of Rusty Taco online before visiting. While Michael let us know the store was under new management and the food was really tasty and plentiful, the values are really curated by the team and drive the part where we come back or not. This crew is invaluable and sincerely deserve to be recognized. The service industry has taken a huge hit in the last few years- not only in the workforce numbers but the standard of quality service too. When you have an experience like this, it’s not soon forgotten. While we aren’t local to MN, we will be sure to return when we visit again and will highly recommend this location to friends and families (and strangers) traveling the area.
