If you’re open until 5 pm? You don’t put a cone in the lot at 4:30pm. The staff here was rude and had really poor attitude.Customer service is part of your jobs. I get it’s nice out but, just because your schedule says 5pm doesn’t mean you get to run out the door at 5pm.
Great coffee shop! Drink always made right. Worth the trip into a busy grocery store.

I went to Caribou Coffee inside the Lunds at 50th and France and was helped by Ruby. I explained to her that we're having our kitchen floor sanded and I can't make fresh coffee for the next 3 days. She checked the expiration dates on the milk and figured out a way for me to take 3 iced vanilla lattes home in a carrier to last 3 days!! What great service, and they are delicious too!!
My partner last year had an experience of being rushed out the store and rude employee.

Inside the Lunds and Byerlys-the GPS may take you off course and have you chin wagging as you try and locate it but don’t give up and go to the Starbucks inside the same parking lot. Perseverance will pay off and you will be greeted by name when you pick up your order. How nice!
