I’ve gotten food for take out and inside the restaurant, they not only had my order Incorrect but gave me an incredibly small portion for my burrito bowl. I wish they had better service cause this chipotle is really close to my job.

Terrible, found a hair in my food. The hallway by the bathrooms also reeked of weed, clearly from the employees. The entire store was filthy. I will never go to this location again.

Nearly 20% of the population has a disdain for cilantro whether it be genetics or just taste. Train your employees to better serve those of us who are a part of that 20% by informing them that you have rice without cilantro in it and that there are veggies without cilantro. The the first gal didn't even know you had rice without cilantro, and the second gal just flat out said no to the veggies.

One of the worst chipotle’s I been to as far as cleanliness. Food was ok. All the tables were dirty. Had to ask twice to get a table cleaned and asked 2 different employees. Both acted like it was an inconvenience and the place wasn’t even busy and all the employees were just standing around. Stupid thing is the gal cleaned our table but didn’t bother cleaning the rest of them. The few customers that dined in while I was there wiped their tables off with napkins or brushed off the food with their hand.

Honestly surprised at this location, I've always been quite pleased with my experiences at other Chipotles. The first thing I noticed is that they were out of all of their normal containers and had to resort to putting burrito bowls in upside down lids and covering them with foil—same with the kids meals. Now don't get me wrong, I don't blame the employees there for that, but upper management has no excuse for even risking running out of every container in the building.When I picked up my order, there were no drinks included despite the fact that I had ordered 4. I figured no big deal, I'll just ask for them. Only to find they had already taken down the agua frescas I had specifically ordered. This was at 8pm, two hours before close. This was pretty disappointing, since that was the only reason I had ordered drinks. And when I filled the drinks I found that there were no straws stocked in the drink bar and had to go ask for those as well. It seems reasonable to me to have cups and straws provided when ordering drinks without having to specifically request them individually.Finally, I realized I had accidentally ordered one bowl short, so I ordered that one in the store. Was very disappointed in the shortchanging of ingredients. Plenty of rice and pico de gallo and very little of anything else.On top of this, the employees seemed inconvenienced and disinterested every time I interacted with them.However, the food was delicious as always and wonderfully prompt, so I do applaud them on those features.

I made a vow to never leave a bad review, but I’m clearly breaking that now. This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. There were 4-5 workers just standing around, while the eating area was just disgusting. The attitudes of everyone working were bad. I’m the first to admit that I am an angsty teen for life, but not while working a customer service job. They were also out of bowls?? So they put my bowl in a lid, and wrapped aluminum foil over it… this was not an experience I enjoyed. I’m now very worried that I will get diarrhea from this meal ??

Worst chipotle around. Laziest staff you can imagine. Incompetent management to fix things since it’s been this way for a long time. Always missing items - even as simple as chips - while there are 4-5 people working.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up, I was missing chips. I asked someone in the kitchen if I should expect them shortly and he said they were low but would discuss with the cashier. I was not brought in to what was happening and the next thing I was told was to put my card in. I shared with the cashier that I had already paid for them and she screamed at me saying I was being refunded not paying for them and that she was done helping and was leaving. She then proceeded to storm away in the middle of our conversation without me being refunded. Another worker had to step in to help. I have never experienced such rude customer service.

Ordered Mobile carry-out. Order was ready for me arrived, and the food tasted good, hence with this store deserved more than a single star.However, this store was out of Bowls for the burrito bowls, in addition to various add-ons and menu items at the time, which makes sense, because it was late. That being said, neither the team members, nor managers made me aware that they were out of any items that I had had on my order. When I got home, these add-ons and menu items were simply not placed in my bag or included in my bowl.I only found out that they were out of chips after asking for them at the counter. None of the team members were at the front counter though, and took over a couple of minutes to come up to the front, so they were not being attentive to their customers. Instead, there were 4 or 5 team members grouped by the door to the kitchen and it still took them 2 minutes to come up despite there being no other guests ordering at the time.When a team member finally came up and I asked him about the chips, he frowned and sounded annoyed that I would even ask the question or bother him at all to begin with. His fellow team members and manager made no further attempts to help me either, not that that would be required though if better service had been provided.I do understand that sometimes stores are out of items, and I get that there is no way for them to provide me with items that they do not have. However, in addition to that:1. They did not inform me that there were not giving me everything that I ordered until they absolutely had to.2. No compensation of any kind was offered. No refund. No apology. Nothing.Lazy service. Poor employees who are not working for their paycheck and do not deserve to stay employed unless they wish to improve the way that they serve their customers.And for the cherry on top, the cleanliness was horrendous.I will not be returning unless incredible improvements are achieved.

Dirty store, smells, food area messy. Rude service. Food doesn't taste good like other chipotles and looks gross. Worth it to drive to the moa one or the richfield one so you don't get diarrhea.
