Quesadilla was really greasy but the mushrooms and onions are a nice option. Suggestions:More green veg options in a veggie quesadilla. Liked the sour cream, salsa but small but decent. Asked for take out fork knife but didn't get it.

I love Taco Libre! They have many gluten free options to choose from. In my opinion way better than Chipotle and Pancheros! For a limited time they are serving chilaquiles and they are fantastic! $11 for a really good sized order!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!

Awesome food, awesome salsa bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Kiosk ordering is easy and fast. Online ordering is also accurate and prompt. Great place for quick service tacos and other food. The nachos are huge!

Everything is great, but the food kills me.It's just personal. I cannot stand greasy food.If you love greasy food, this would be a great place for you.Would be great if you had an option where you're not eating a full bite of grease.
The steak and chicken tacos were delicious, but I’ve found more authentic tacos in other parts of the state. Steak was a tad bit tough, though. Specifically mentioned in the order notes to include sauce for each taco ordered, which were 3, but that was missed. Got home, no sauce in bag. Also instead of having the order ready when I got there, my order was missed as no one was monitoring online orders, so I had to wait for my order to be completed.

Flew in from Fresno tonight , I usually park my vehicle at the doubletree. I decided to have a few late night tacos before I headed home. I ordered Two street tacos cabeza one fish taco.Fish taco was good but my other two were not. The meat was crunchy and over cooked.I don’t think I’ll be back here.Very disappointed for a Mexican joint in Minnesota..

The tacos I had seem like the food was from the day before, I was so disappointed ? I had tacos here a few years ago and I felt like this place was one of the best, especially al pastor. So as a Mexican I felt bad going there and bringing my parents for a nice dinner and received old meat tacos.
