The staff was awesome. Friendly and happy. But the drink I ordered is terrible. I got their new spring honey lavender espresso shaker. I don't know what I was thinking, lavender should never be in a coffee. I can't even drink it. Took a couple sips and had to throw it out. Location and staff is amazing, drink is undrinkable.

Definitely will not be back. Placed an order, then to get halfway home, realized the didn’t even give me what I ordered paid extra money for it and did not receive it SMH they were not even busy no reason for that and come to find out word of mouth that’s like the third or fourth time they’ve done that to people that I’ve known how hard is to put two shots of caramel into a cup of coffee not that hard wow smh definitely lost my business. I’ll go to the one further up the road. At least I know their customer services on points and when they mess up, they admit to it and reimburse me or ask me if they want me to come back for a redo they didn’t even offer that. Do better Caribou
