Normally wouldn't say anything but this is the second time this week my boys have ordered from here, the pizzas aren't cooked. One the cheese isn't even fully melted. Last time crust underneath was solid white in color. Everyone can have a bad day, be short workers, or a new trainee. But this is typical of Elk River Casey's in our experience. Princeton Casey's is my boys' favorite pizza. Unfortunately having the same recipes does not guarantee same quality.

If I could give zero stars I would employees standing around on there phones asked if there was any more breakfast pizza and they said no and it was 7:30 in the morning and that there was not going to be when checking out the girl would not even get off her phone to check my items out and I think she was the manager the worst customer service and looking at the other reviews looks like this is a on going problem will not be back

Poorest costumer service I’m ever seen. No sandwich’s at all in the display case at all but a bunch made behind the counter and I wanted one. I stood there as 2 employees stood by the office door talking to who I believe was the manager about non work related issues for about 5 minutes. They all seen me standing there staring at them including the cashier. Finally they broke up their powwow and a couple minutes later who I believed to be the manager acknowledged me by telling me they don’t make subs to order I said that’s fine I just want one that’s back there done. She said they were not done they ran out of lettuce I could see lettuce cheese and meat on them. I said I’ll take one anyway she said she can’t sell them they are not done. As I was walking away I heard an employee tell her some were done and she proceeded to argue with them. Then finally as I had a foot out the door she said well call him back then he tried I left and will never go back. You can’t expect much out of employees when management is this horrible.

The workers here are extremely rude, and they stare at you like a deer in headlights. I have never witnessed such horrible customer service from a Casey’s before. Cannot believe they still withhold their jobs behaving like that. Pretty sure one of the Cashiers is under the influence as well because he had slurred speech and took him 10 seconds to respond almost every time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this gas station to anyone who likes to chit chat.

Only three slices of dried up pizza.The cashier was not very polite, the cooks in the back looked to be standing around, cooler not faced or stocked, items around the store weren't front faced.I mean this is Casey's. Supposedly famous for Pizza and there wasn't even anything ready.It's supper time.I would definitely not recommend coming here.
There was a sign posted 2/$4 2 liters and it was ringing up 2/$5 and they would not honor their sign. Looks like SA across the street will get my business from now on.

By far the worst Casey’s I’ve ever unfortunately been forced to stop at weekly. They leave 8 hour old food of all type out for purchase (per Casey’s not supposed to happen) the employees are absolutely disgusting when it comes to personal hygiene. Been in there multiple times only to see someone in the back making food without gloves or not washing their hands before cooking. Today was the icing on the cake though! Will be calling the department of health to make a complaint about this store! DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Goto the SA across the street even though it’s not much better at least they don’t have multiple food safety violations going on at any given moment

No working phone line, No online communication so once you make a order and then receive a updated delivery time of well over 2 hours but cant get ahold of anyone to cancel the order. This is the place for you.

Has a 75 dollar CC limit on the diesel pumps. Get with the times. That barely gives me half a tank.

The store was a chaotic storm that was setting itself up for its own. Dismal state the store itself was so inviting and nice once; but now it holds only sadness, and grief it seems as will the store is lacking any real hope. Of being restored the problem seems to be with the staff, and the cleanliness that was slowly decaying. For it makes the store look bad and its a sad even for a person or a costumer because they expect a clean store, and more of a better attitude from employees and employers. Also excellent costumer service can provide the store a more modest and real work then it can be back on track it's sad. But you never know it can go back. To that old Casey's way to it but you never know - thank you the realist.
