Sat in line waiting for my order as I watched multiple vehicles behind me leave. I asked two employees where my order was and nobody returned. After waiting over 20 minutes I entered the store for a refund and was greeted by a bunch of kids (employees) laughing and joking around. Must have been 10 kids standing there. Never got an explanation of what happened to my small order. The gal who did my refund was nice. My food order was finished while she was processing my refund. I didn't take it, there are plenty of other places selling burgers and fries. That's my last Culver's experience. I won't be back.

Ordered lunch today a little after noon and it looks like I got a burger that I've been sitting around for a while because I ordered no lettuce no tomato no onion and I got all of that and it was about a soggy as soup. The bacon was about as white as can be and it looked like it hadn't touched a grill at all. This place has just gotten worse. The food was so old that the cheese was like plastic and was sticking to the rapper to the point I could lift it off the carton without it falling over. Take a look at the pictures I've uploaded and tell me if that burger looks fresh to you.

I've been waiting to go to Culvers for over 2 years or more and Was I ever disappointed in the quality of food that I ordered. order id # AAAg6l3caec9 in Elk River, MN. Bacon Cheeseburger deluxe basket. The "small" amount of meat was not freshly cooked and was not even warm, cheese was also cold nor was the bacon even warm. The bun was nice but so very sad that Culver's butter burger has diminished to this poor quality compared to what it was when Culver's 1st became available in MN. I hate to say this but other fast foods while not the greatest, they have never had this poor quality. We ordered a kids meal with chicken strips which were fine, fries were okay and Cheese curds were great but not the butterburger.... a disheartened customer. Not sure if I'll ever go back, so sad.
The burgers and Atlantic Cod sandwiches are better than most restaurants!

I got take out tonight and was overwhelmed by the amazing customer service from the Elk River Culver’s. Of course, the food was amazing, but the person who helped us, Isabel, was absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our food came out swiftly and when bringing the food, she was extremely friendly and our food was in great condition. Isabel was super kind and amazing; I’ll be coming back just for her service in the future.
