Took kids out for ice cream and meal and everything just went down hill once we received our receipt and noticed our order was completely wrong, After waiting for him to correct our order after attending another 5 customers. We finally got our food wrong anyway.

Originally ordered a cheeseburger and large cheese curds , then they offered the combo for me since supposedly makes a better deal I take it even when I don’t need the drink , when the food comes I find out they give me a little tray with cheese curds because that’s the only size you can do in a combo !But they never told me that at the moment of purchase, I ended up paying for another order of cheese curds spending more money of my original purchase and with a very bad taste of the poor customer service.It’s very very very sad see a small business next to the highway with 8 employees and nobody cares about proper training , knowledge of the menu, and customer service.DEFINITELY NEVER COMING BACKI spend 25 minutes there eating my food witnessed how they don’t care about sales.

Went there 3/2/24 11:25 a.m. did not get what I ordered and paid extra for items not in bag or on food, ordered a misty slushy got a misty freeze with ice cream. Then come to realize they have the popcorn shrimp back they don't bother to let people know that it is cooked with the other foods, french fries, chicken strips etc my children are allergic it's not even posted in store it was a poster on the garbage can so we asked them if we could change the order and the manager said too bad we already dropped your order we tried to explain the shrimp allergy she stated not her problem so we tossed the food away after spending $30 we offered to buy she said too bad. To make matters worse the employees were laughing at us because they thought it was funny. Guess not funny if you tried to hurt someone with an allergy on purpose

Great service received today from employee Debbie. My chicken strips were very tasty and my hot fudge sundae was just great. Very quiet in the restaurant for a Friday but nice not ot have to wait in a long line like the middle of the Summer when it is hot.

very friendly service. the young girls behind the counter seemed to be having a good time working together as a team, love to see it!they were happy to accommodate my personalized request on my blizzard:)my husband and i sat and had a little icecream date inside, it was pretty quiet. i like the cool window thing.i do think a little updating would be nice, i like the vintage charm of the place though.
Always takes super long at this DQ I try avoid when possible but every now and again I get stuck coming and instantly regret it.

Went to Dairy Queen tonight for delicious blizzards using the app. Our cashier Cole was amazing! He was so charming and charismatic. He even tipped his hat in appreciation every time we thanked him. So fun! I would give him 5 stars across the board for amazing service. I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have him on the team. I debated on how many overall stars to give because the rest of the atmosphere seemed very tense, almost like the employees were scared to talk or do anything other than just make ice cream. I appreciated the care and personality that Cole added to the experience. I hope he’s happy and treated well there:)
