Fought my husband for JJ's. He wanted Jersey Mike's. I prefer JJ bread. WRONG choice.My husband asked when the tuna was made and employee said they can't do that.Sandwich was made in back.Asked for No Tomatoes, gave me Tomatoes. Which made the bread soggy with slimy tomato goo, uneditable. Make it worse tuna was very dry.

Ordered in the Elk River Minnesota location. Service was terrible staff were unfriendly. Got home and order was wrong and one sandwich had a long blonde hair in it. Yuck. We will not being going there ever again!

Good sandwiches poor customer service.Forgot to get my rewards credited and contacted customer service. Lied to me twice when crediting rewards after submitting my receipt. I closed my account, will go someplace else.

I've order over a dozen times from this store and in those times, my food has never been cut in half when I request it, has never been made to what I've order i.e. with tomatoes or other ingredients on the sandwich that has been requested to be left out. I have never gotten my order less than 35 mins. Had to wait over 45 mins one time and bread was soggy and order was wrong. I have never experienced anything like this from other stores. This store has NEVER gotten things right on my order. Workers seem to not care about customers.

Stopped by one hour before close to find the lights off, a mop bucket in front of the door, and employee scrolling on his phone in the dark! Manager may want to think about finding different help - an hour of potential business lost!
Best bread i've had at any Jimmy Johns ever! Perfectly cooked. Good job y'all. Also freaky fast.

Manager is rude and unprofessional I called customer complaints on her. I called to report they saturated my whole wrap and that's not extra. I've worked in a sandwich shop we have set amounts for the extra sauce to prevent this picture. I grabbed it out of the bag and it was dripping. I personally wont eat it she completely saturated the wrap. She was like mam mam I did what it said put extra sauce. said she refund me only for me to call my bank to find 2 other charges for the wrap not a refund. I'll be going to the bank and reporting it as fraud tomorrow honest go to jersey Mike they are better and have more professional people working for them. Customer tip never argue with a customer.
