The service is always horrible. No one is ever at the counter or if they are they always greet me as "what do you want" they charged me for 3 pizzas after I only asked for 2. They blamed it on a new system. Just plain rude all the time. I'll never go back!

We ordered ahead a deep dish pizza to bring home ( we live out of town 30 mins). When we got home we found the outside of the crust was golden, but the inside was completely raw dough. Like sticky, dough ready for a rolling pin. I called in to report this, and I appreciate they refunded my order so that was good. I said I wondered what happened because it was a long long way from being done. Was told yeah we’ve been trying to figure it out, it hasn’t been cooking the deep dishes right. I’m upset to hear they knew this, didn’t say anything or check the pizza and will give unknowing customer pizza with raw dough. My 7 year old downed a piece before I knew ??♀️

Made an online order but due to an error on their system, my order was cancelled but I was charged. After making multiple calls to try to resolve this, they said to just call my credit card company. Little Caesar's is one of the most incompetent companies I have ever done business with. I will never do business with this company again.

Bunch of kids working who have no work ethic. Would pick up the phone yet say nothing so they could keep doing what they wanted and not have to hear it ring. Weren’t gonna play those games so we went in and of course they were all sitting around doing nothing talking up front. Then we were told they didn’t do orders and only did hot and ready while laughing. Took our business elsewhere.
Went there with a friend. Both ordered a pizza and I ordered crazy bread. They never gave me the crazy bread and their phone number doesn’t work to contact them. Very disappointed.

This location never has hot&ready pizzas actually prepared during their advertised hours. Once you do place your order they are actually slower than any other pizza chain I've been to. Just this location.
