I could hardly wait for the plans to be approved. I was the first one in the Excelsior office to reserve an apartment and could hardly wait for the building to be finished. I was among the first to move in, describing my mood as ecstatic. It's like a luxurious reward for whatever I've managed to do in my life. I love the sunniness and quiet of my apartment. The Waters of Excelsior is a wonderful place! Clean, bright, with caring energetic staff. It has been a blessing to have our mom living there. During COVID they have done a phenomenal job of keeping the community safe & helping us maintain contact in these very difficult times.
