Like others have said, delivery time is very long, over an hour both times we’ve done it for work. When I called to check if everything was alright, it seems like this is completely normal for them. Go in person!

Freaky Frustrating! We've ordered delivery from this location many times over the years, but those days are over. For the 2nd time in recent memory delivery took over an hour. This time we waited 2 hours and had to call multiple times, the last one 2 mins before closing to request a refund. No dinner.Putting a blanket banner on the ordering system of possible delays (which they've done for awhile now) doesn't excuse a 2 hour wait. It's obvious the quality of service/delivery has declined at this location.

I love JJ’s. Good food + clean place but service was perplexing. I was shouted at to “Get Out!” after a guy working by the sink saw me leave the bathroom but didn’t recognize me just dining in 20 minutes earlier and preceded with the message that bathrooms are only for customers. After I told him I had a receipt, he did not even apologize that he did not recognize me on top of scolding at me. Probably won’t be coming back here.

I ordered delivery from here thinking it would be perhaps a half hour tops because I live 1.4 miles away. Nope... Not even close. After the order updated as "out for delivery" it took over 40 minutes. That's after I left a 6 dollar tip for one single sandwich. These people are not gonna get my money again.

I am impressed with my delivery! I asked for my sandwich cut in half. I received it cut in half with each half individually wrapped. It has been the best I have gotten from any JJ.

I had ordered my food online from Spring Lake Park. I show up and my order isn't even ready. The guy just handed me the sandwich. I had to ask for my cookie. Guy couldn't even put my food in a bag.

Friendly cashier. No problem there. Ordered two sandwiches, one with cheese added and one with guacamole added. Paid for both. Didn't get cheese. Didn't get guacamole. We were the only customers in the place.

I order from this location often and i can say that the guy i just spoke with was the meanest unpleasent individual i ever spoke with he said his man was eric very rude i told him something was wrong with my order and he proceeded to argue with me told me oh well makd a compliant i do not recommend this location

The cashier made an err that led to the incorrect order being made. Having noticed the wrong order, I informed the cashier who kindly acknowledged the err. Just as the cashier was looking to resolve the problem, the sandwich maker rudely yells out "we just missed one order, that's it!" But in the interest of maintaining proper decorum, I asked to speak with the manager, so after Mike approached the counter, I made a report of what seemed a bit of an improper customer engagement coming from the sandwich maker- Mike was was within an ear shot of the interaction. Surprisingly, he said he didn't hear or see anything wrong. I then walked out of the store in disbelief only to be chased down by that same sandwich maker. As I stopped to turn to her, I saw her holding the sandwich (the paid order that they previously missed) still yelling curse words (mind you I have 2 kids with me). She slammed the sandwich in my outstretched hand and returned to the store. That was quite a lot for just trying to buy food. It is the jimmy johns experience no one wants. Good luck keeping customers.

I LOVE Jimmy John's, I've been to several locations around the U.S., I even worked for a couple of locations while I was in college. I can honestly say that this is the worst location and experience I've ever had with this chain. I'm actually surprised at how bad the service is. The ingredients were not fresh, they were out of some of the already few options on the menu and most importantly - the "freaky fast" delivery took over an hour which is entirely unacceptable for a place that can prepare each order in about one minute. From my experience, owners should strive to keep delivery times under 20 minutes. Otherwise, what's the point of ordering a cold sandwich for delivery? Judging by the reviews, many others have had the same experience. The owner of this location clearly has an issue running their business effectively.

ordered my sandwich at 2:30. it’s 5:40. said it’s been out for delivery since 4:08. called the store twice and no answer. store closed. i don’t even wanna eat the sandwich (if it ever arrives). don’t order from here.
