The drinks are pretty amazing, I specifically enjoy the Spiced Rum the most out of their selection. The spiced rum carries a lot of flavor and is easily one of the best mix drink options I've ever had.
An incredible distillery - their whiskey won MN 2023 Best Bourbon! Very very reasonable prices AND they build the tax into the price; a small thing but just makes you feel seen as a customer.The 4 cocktails we had were all prepared with skill and tasted great; highly highly recommend the “Cry Baby Bloody”!Make sure to tip the bartenders ?

I really like this place - my favorite stop after a show at the Paradise Center. Their in-house spirits are solid, and they have a great cocktail program. Their Barrel Aged (Navy) Gin Old Fashioned is amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
