We decided to visit this restaurant last week for the first time. Now we went back again. Both meals were wonderful. The menu seems sparse at first, but the choices of fillings expand it quite a bit. The pulled beef Quesabirria was fresh and hot off the grill. The accompanying beef soup, which they make themselves as well was fantastic. Birria was amazing. The consumé was delicious. My partner had the vegetarian burrito. He really appreciate the it was more than just grilled peppers and onions in it. The corn and black beans were a good addition. Chips and guacamole was awesome, seasoning was refreshing. The onions in the guacamole gave it a good amount crunchy texture but was not overwhelmingly oniony flavor. Order took only 10 mins.
