The employees are why this rating is low. They look and act like they would rather be somewhere else altogether. No smiles or energy. And the sandwiches are just mediocre which is sad given all the new commercials. I would suggest going up to Jersey Mike's in Rosemont or Goodscents in Apple Valley by Target for a really delicious and tasty sub.
I'm not big on Subway due to the disrespect they show to bacon. Those are some wimpy little pieces, an insult to the world of bacon, looks like they ran it over with a road grader to stretch it out and save those pennies. This is a corporate fail in my opinion. Smaller pieces of bacon for the consumer equals larger dividend checks for the shareholder? Whoa unto ye who hoardeth the food of the gods!

Five stars for the service but I felt terrible for the kids working. It's 91 degrees out and it was a relief stepping out of the store. I can't imagine having to work in that environment. It was so hot in there! There is no way the food was being served at safe temperatures. Yikes!
