I like Applebees a lot. I like their food and the sports bar atmosphere. I like their attention to local sports teams and the town they're in in their decor. They show respect for where they are. I like that.And I like their creativity in their non-alcoholic drinks. Very impressive and tasty.

I ordered a medium ribeye steak. What actually came about 30 minutes later was closer to a piece of shoe leather than to any steak type. It was cold and cooked beyond well done. I ended up sending it back and getting a burger instead. The server also acted like she did not want to talk to me. Very disappointed. If you come to this apple bees, try to avoid the steak trap. You might get disappointed like me today.

I will never be going to this location absolute worst customer service by the waitress that served us. Didn’t even bother to bring any napkins gave me attitude from the moment I walked in yet I was the only person there.

The food was decent but the service was awful. Our waitress had an attitude while she took our order. When my kid's plate came she just basically threw it on the table after that she didn't check on us nor did she bring the rest of our food. The only time she came to the table was when it was time for the check and she walked off while I attempted to ask for a To-go box .

We used to go here all the time. It was our go-to place. However, I'm not impressed anymore. The last two times (in less than a month) we have been here, the food has sucked and service is about the same. I hope you are able to change things around, it'll be at least a year before we go back and try it again. Really let down. Cocktails three times a week and dinner with the wife and kids twice a month. Looks like we're heading to La Casita from now on.
